I'm looking forward to weather when I can take my bento box outside and make it a little picnic.
I'm a beginner myself at making onigiri. The type of rice makes a big difference in whether the rice sticks together, so that's one thing to check.
Also, I just found you on http://wiki.chado.no/
Marius, the Norwegian guy who started it has been bugging me forever to put something on there. I actually met him in Japan, both times he was there. I'm not sure yet what to put on there. I started small, just fixed some spelling errors. It's tough when the two guys putting most things on there aren't native English speakers (I know the other guy too). Funny how small this tea world is.
